Picked up and said hello 3 times then a Indian/Indonesian sounding woman said her name was Hilary and asked whether I lived at this address. I replied that I rented and then she said she was wanting to talk to the property owner and hung up. I really think it was very suss and the number used was spoofed as it could easily have come from my closest major city.
