The caller is some idiot chick - it could be a robot / recorded message or a real person - but the spiel is "Oh you ran off after???? Running into me, I took down your license plate blah blah blah and I know where you live.... Blah blah blah....."
And when pushed to give a name 4 or 5 times and then telling her either answer the question or f*k off... I just hung up on her.
